It’s December, and just like that, there’s less than a month left of 2020. And of course, with the year coming to an end, things have surely been busy over here at Insent. As usual, our talented team has been busy constantly evolving our platform to meet your needs.
With that said, here are some of our latest product updates and features that were rolled out. Introducing some new updates to our Slack and MS Teams integrations and a brand new multi-instance support. With these new updates comes more control within your Slack workflow and a richer audience targeting experience.
Introducing: Creating new leads directly from Slack
Human conversations make a big difference in the conversion rate. With the latest Slack integration update, your agents can now create new leads or update existing contact info directly from Slack - even in the middle of an active chat with your visitor.
You can choose to write back this information to your Salesforce/HubSpot/Marketo/Pardot integrations by configuring your field mapping settings to overwrite inputs to your MAPs.
Introducing: Using Insent Field Variables to Segment Your Audience
Leverage the capability of data you bring into Insent from your CRM or MAP to segment your audience.
Insent field variables help you tag and store all your inbound visitor data to specific Insent field variables, which you can define. Overall more control across all layers of your marketing stack.
Updated: Insent and Slack Integration
Discover what your visitors have been telling your bot
Not sure what the conversation between your visitor and bot was before you entered? Get all the context you need before chatting in real-time with our latest Slack update. Now, you can scroll up in a Slack thread before accepting a chat request to get the full context of visitor’s prior bot conversation.
This will help your agents understand what the visitor is looking or before chatting in real-time.
View location information of your visitors on form submissions in chat
With this latest Slack update, you can view a visitor’s location information and the data they submit while they fill out a form from within the chatbot. This will automatically notify your channel members about the visitor’s arrival - allowing your team to jump in and take over the conversation.
Insent automatically attempts to resolve a visitor’s country and region even without the data being collected through a form.
Introducing: Multi-Instance Support to Slack and Microsoft teams
This final feature brings you multiple instances of Insent, which can all now be integrated to the same Slack and MS Teams workspaces. Each instance will need to be connected to a separate Slack or MS Teams channel in the agent connection step.
